The London 2 Brighton Challenge is now one of the UK’s greatest endurance events. The equivalent of two and a half marathons in one day!

Jules bravely decided to take on the ultimate 100km challenge to help her 2-year-old nephew Dylan who suffers from Gastroparesis.

Dylan Llewellyn is two years old and cannot eat or drink anything. He has been fed through a nasogastric tube until recently when doctors took the decision that he needs to be fed intravenously with TPN.

Dylan suffers from gastroparesis and intestinal failure.

Dylan's mum Nicola was able to keep us updated throughout the day with updates and injury reports... "just spoken to Jules and she's taking it all in her stride! So immensely proud, lost for words but love my darling girl so much! Xx"

Our poor photographer had a terrible time keeping up and Jules outran the car for several stages! He did eventually catch up to take these lovely snaps....Really, how does anyone look this good after that?!

Supported by a wonderful family and some incredibly generous sponsors Jules managed to amaze us all with an outstanding finishing time of just 13 hours 58 min and ranked 62nd over 2000 participants! Now we really do think she's superwoman after that!

So after all the blood sweat and tears, plus finishing on par with the top athletes Jules and family managed to smash the £2000 target with a grand total of...

 £2730

 Thank you, Jules!
